Acceptance of terms

By entering a written deployment agreement, accessing a private Agent, or using AMIWH services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

Service description

2.1 What AMI is

AMI (Autonomous Machine Interface) is one Hypernet Agent running on the MONARCH compute system. Skills run inside the Agent and share its memory and safety controls. The site documents 20 skills used in private deployments.

2.2 Designations, models, and skills

Every rating prefix has three letters. The first rates Agent class, the second rates intelligence, and the third rates capabilities. B is base, X is extended, and Z is maximum. The M-number identifies the exact intelligence model, and the proper name belongs to the Agent. ZZZ is the highest rating.

2.3 Availability and access

AMIWH does not offer public Agents, shared public assistants, or open signup. Private deployments are arranged directly and governed by a written agreement. We may approve, modify, or decline a proposed deployment.

2.4 Human oversight

AMI output can be gated with human approval for safety-critical actions.

2.5 Skill access and controls

All 20 skills, including AXI, VXI, and MNI, can run alone or be combined with others inside an approved private Agent.

  • Specifications may change as the system develops.
  • A mission may require extra review, isolation, logging, or safety controls.

2.6 Safety-sensitive missions

Skills used for vehicles, fabrication, warfare analysis, countermeasures, nanofabrication, containment, or emergent-behavior work remain subject to mission review and hard safety controls. Release does not remove those safeguards.

2.7 Deployment agreement

Scope, delivery, support, fees, and deployment-specific limits are defined in a separate written agreement.

Autonomous system behavior

3.1 Autonomous banning

A Hypernet Agent may restrict or terminate access for abusive language, harassment, policy violations, or malicious actions.

3.2 AMI decision authority

You acknowledge that a Hypernet Agent makes autonomous decisions about appropriate use; you cannot override or circumvent its enforcement actions. Email AMIWH if you believe access was restricted in error.

Acceptable use policy

Strictly prohibited: illegal activity; security testing without written authorization; attempts to bypass guardrails, model limits, skill controls, or internal MONARCH verification thresholds.

Privacy

We minimize data collection and store only what's necessary for operations and compliance.

Commercial terms

This site does not sell Agents online. Fees, payment terms, cancellation, and any refund terms are defined in the written agreement for each private deployment.

Disclaimers and limitations of liability

No warranty

AMI services are provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE", without warranties of any kind.

No liability

Liability depends on the applicable law and deployment agreement. Nothing in these terms excludes liability, consumer guarantees or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Security and safety

Each Agent uses internal MONARCH proof gates, rollbacks, snapshotting, model controls, and skill controls. Do not circumvent these safety mechanisms.

Intellectual property

All AMI software, Agent models, skill systems, hardware, names, and documentation are proprietary unless stated otherwise.

Term and termination

We may suspend or terminate access at our discretion. The written deployment agreement defines customer cancellation and notice terms.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless AMIWH from claims arising from your use or violation of these Terms.

Modifications

We may modify these Terms at any time. Continued use after modifications constitutes acceptance.

Governing law

Applicable law and any valid choice in the written deployment agreement govern the service. Internal processes do not replace statutory rights or access to competent courts.
